Residential project De Waterkant is located in Rumst, in the south-west of the province of Antwerp. Walking, running or cycling on the dikes along the Rupel, you will discover beautiful nature in a unique landscape.
The 'De Waterkant' project comprises 15 houses and 3 residences with flats, built in an oasis of green along the Rupel. We consciously opted for a contemporary architecture with character, identity and a subtle reference to the brick architecture of the former brickworks. The project is designed so that each flat overlooks the water.
The history of this place, the old brick factory, has determined the direction of this building project. Hendrik Vermoortel.
