As a project developer, we haven’t been sitting idle in this time. CAAAP is growing and flourishing, both in front of and behind the scenes.
New projects and developments
Various projects have been kicked off in the last few months. The Normaalschool in Lier and Gulden Roos in Bruges were launched. On 5 July, sales will commence of Hoost, a colourful tower designed by the internationally renowned architecture firm Jakob + Macfarlane and executed by B2ai.

The pipeline is full of high-profile projects in the major cities of Flanders, so next year promises to be very exciting, too. Some of them will actually be launched this year.
The future

Stefanie Van den Broucke recently handed over as Managing Director to Matthias Hoornaert. He is ambitiously pressing ahead with the bold vision and growth plans that CAAAP had mapped out.
