Towering ambitions
In Knokke-Heist, a new landmark is emerging, to a design by the internationally renowned architecture firm Jakob + MacFarlane and executed by B2Ai.
The project embodies the ambition of this hidden pearl by the sea. The tower is eye-catching, not only because of its height, but also because of its expressive external façade and the way the homes are connected.
Hoost offers a unique experience and an instant holiday feeling, but most of all injects some more colour into Knokke-Heist.

Coming together at Hoost
The lower floors of Hoost will not have any homes, but will serve public functions. Features will include a library, a games library, a café, offices, a council chamber and a multifunctional events space. It will be a modern, sustainable and easily accessible space for public services, meetings and citizens.
The square for everybody
The arrival of Hoost will give the Maes- en Boereboomplein area a makeover. What was once a car park and weekly marketplace, will now be a lively square that will be a pleasant destination for residents and visitors to enjoy.
Thanks to the underground car park, the whole square can be used for events, the market, sport and play or just for relaxation. So we are also very much aiming to deliver an enjoyable lifestyle outside the walls of the project, too.

Hoost is going to be a real eyecatcher. The tower is anything but your typical apartment building. This stack of traditional houses, such as you find around the rest of the village, with a sloped roof and a private garden, is striking because of its bright colours and exuberantly coloured balconies.
